Customer Requirement
An insulating glass manufacturer needed several materials for its production, including aluminum spacer bars, corner keys, butyl sealant, and silicone sealant.
Instead of purchasing each product from different suppliers, the customer preferred a more coordinated supply solution.
Our Solution
We supplied the required IGU materials according to the customer's specifications and production requirements.
The spacer bars were supplied in the required sizes, while matching corner keys were provided for assembly. Butyl and silicone sealants were also included as part of the material supply.
Result
By sourcing several IGU components from one supplier, the customer was able to simplify purchasing communication and improve inventory coordination.
The project also showed how a coordinated supply of IGU materials can make daily purchasing easier for glass manufacturers.
